The drink shown in the image appears to be a creamy chia seed drink made with dragon fruit, sometimes called Dragon Fruit Chia Fresca. It combines soaked chia seeds with dragon fruit and milk for a refreshing, nutrient-rich beverage.
Description
Chia Seed Drink is a light, creamy beverage prepared by soaking chia seeds until they develop a soft, gel-like texture. In this version, sweet dragon fruit adds natural flavor, color, vitamins, and antioxidants.
The tiny black seeds suspended throughout the drink absorb liquid and expand, creating a pudding-like consistency that makes the beverage both filling and refreshing.
