Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower florets.

  3. Place them in a large bowl.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.

2. Coat the Cauliflower

  1. In a separate bowl, mix:

    • Parmesan

    • Almond flour

    • Garlic powder

    • Paprika

    • Salt & pepper

  2. Add the mixture into the cauliflower bowl and toss until every piece is well coated.

3. Bake

  1. Spread the coated florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  2. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

4. Make the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.

5. Serve

  1. Serve the crispy cauliflower hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
