homemade Cinnamon Donut Bread

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.

  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon swirl, then repeat with remaining batter and swirl. Gently swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.

  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.

  8. Brush warm bread with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar topping.
