Miracle Drink: No Pain in a Week (Joints, Legs & Back)

Preparation:

Filter the water first and boil it. Then, combine it with the sugar substitute and mix well so that it completely dissolves. Pour the content into a pan or a mold and add ½ of the gelatin box into the content and mix. Put it into the fridge until it becomes jelly-like. Seal your leftover gelatin properly.

Use: Take a tsp of the mixture for 30 days in a row, always on an empty stomach. The first reduction in the symptoms may be expected within the first week.

If you want to “spice” things up, feel free to add a bit of yogurt or honey.

How Does this Cure Alleviate Ache?

Our body is made of bones, collagen, tendons, and cartilage. This being said, gelatin consumption can lower the inflammation in these parts of the body.

It also contains characteristics that are beneficial for immunity. Since it can treat inflammation, it is highly recommendable for osteoporosis and osteoarthritis patients.
