Easy Cucumber Salad

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the veggies
    Wash and slice all vegetables as directed. Combine cabbage, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, green onion, and dill in a large bowl.

  2. Make the dressing
    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add honey for a slight sweetness if desired.

  3. Toss and serve
    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
    Chill for 10–15 minutes for flavors to meld or serve immediately.

  4. Optional Garnish
    Sprinkle extra black pepper or seeds (sunflower, sesame) before serving.
